SHOULD YOU GET THE COVID VACCINE?
My answer might surprise you… If you’re overweight (obese), or take more than 3 pharmaceutical drugs, or have diabetes, cancer, CHF, heart disease, etc… and are still living the exact same lifestyle that you were living prior to COV7D… then by all means get the Vaccine! It can’t possibly hurt you any more than your current lifestyle.
Everyone has had the chance to make changes in their health care. Everyone had the ability (if they really were truly scared) to lose weight, lower stress, eat healthier, exercise daily, etc. which would have supported their body’s immune system response to ANY VIRUS. If you didn’t see last year as a “wake-up call”… (You apparently weren’t scared enough!) … then by all means take the vaccine (over 13 different variants are now available) that has had less than 12 months of trials with numerous proven side effects. Those side effects are no worse than your current lifestyle choices.
Side effects expected are:
Throughout the rest of your body:
- Muscle pain.
- Lowering of blood pressure
- Difficulty in breathing
- Possible altering of human genetic information
- Low blood platelet count
- Currently not proven safe for children nor pregnant women
We know for a fact after literally thousands of years of reference that lack of exercise and eating processed foods, chemicals, meats, dairy, eggs and junk foods leads to: heart disease, cancer and diabetes…. All of which have a yearly mortality rate MUCH HIGHER than Covid-19!
I for one will not take the shot. I have not worn a mask and have continued to live my life, seeing others, eating out, doing social activities, being a bit more cautious keeping my hands cleaned, eating a healthy plant based diet, exercising daily, removing stressful individuals from my life… and I not missed a day of work nor gotten sick.
